To Whom It May Concern - I have known Madeline Holland for about 20 years. We first met when we were both working as real estate salespeople for The Professionals in Warkworth. We have remained friends since that time. I always found Madeline to be very honest and trustworthy both professionally and personally. She has very high morals and values. Madeline is a kind and caring Mother, Grandmother and friend, who will go that extra to help anyone in need. 

She has proven this over the last 20 years when she worked closely as a humanitarian with some of the tribal peoples of Papua New Guinea and their elders. She has become a role model who has the love and respect of many of the Papua New Guinean people. I admire Madeline as there are very few who are selfless enough to go out there and give their hearts as she does. She does not walk the talk, she is prepared to roll up her sleeves and work top give it her best. She has a huge heart and would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. She actually goes without herself to share with those less fortunate than herself. So to sum up she is an extraordinary woman who just wants to help and make the world a better place.
